Welcome to Licensed Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork by Birgit Sawinski, LMT NM #6955 and CO-MT #20625.

Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200 Certification), Nationally Certified in 2011 for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, and in 2017 Voted in the top three Massage Therapists in Ruidoso News “Best of the Best Massage Therapists in Lincoln County”, Birgit has been offering Stress reduction, often pain relief and healing practice with her Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in Ruidoso for well over a decade.

Birgit is licensed and her variety of healing modalities include Swedish Massage, Post Event Sports Massage, Traditional Hot Stone Massage, Therapeutic Massage perhaps addressing Trigger Points and incorporating some Deep Tissue or Myofacial Release as needed or Structural Integration Work. Besides her “Hands on Continued Education Seminars and Workshops in various areas of Massage, she also gained experience working for JanetLaRosa, Doctor of Oriental Medicine -Accupuncturist, and to name a few other, Lincoln County Chiropractic Clinic, Sanctuary on the River , and especially her work as a charter Therapist at the BLUE LOTUS DaySpa/Blue Lotus Healing Arts Center where she put her hands to work for 11 years under and with her Teacher and Mentor “Shiva”.

Birgit received Training by Eminence of Hungry and Aveda for historical traditional / Fa-ssage – performed by LMT and Spa Treatments like BodyWrap etcetera. Her Ayurvedic Studies inspires some of her other styles of bodywork. Especially Neck and Sciatica work are also some of her specialty focus work for her clients.

Her continuing education brings a variety of techniques, modalities and spa treatments to the table to deliver a truly relaxing and unique experience to your treatment. Weekend/Holidays / non- regular business hours all Session will have an up-charge of $ 20
